Domestic & International Shipping Explained

We ship through Canada Post, which provides approximate delivery timeframes. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.

Shipping times through Canada Post are approximate, some smaller orders are shipped without tracking unless requested (i.e. fabric orders under 2 yds), those are noted in item descriptions.

We have shipping upgrades available, usually under Xpresspost for faster domestic and US shipping. We are also able to ship internationally, but please contact us before purchasing so we can get you a shipping quote and set up the option on the item listing.

Multiple item shipments are grouped together, particularly in fabric orders where applicable. For example, a quilting cotton order with qty 4 with be shipped as one continuous length. Multiple orders placed for the same recipient and address will also be combined in shipping for efficiency.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales, once shipped out are generally final. I give a 1-2 day window for processing time, and will accept cancellations or order corrections within that time, such as shipping or selection information. If for some reason there is an issue with your order on our end, (i.e. insufficient inventory, needing more information for shipping etc.) we will contact you within that time frame.

We do our best to accurately describe fit, condition, materials etc. of all our items, so it is the buyer’s responsibility to read the relevant information, and contact us if clarification is needed.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Vintage clothing and fabrics sometimes have imperfections due to their age, which we do our best to note this in item descriptions.

Some of our fabrics are slightly print flawed (sold as seconds), and are described/discounted accordingly. These are still entirely usable, but may have imperfections in design or minor physical damage.

Care should be taken in the wearing of antique and some vintage clothing or accessories given their age and inherent fragility.
