1900's Pinstripe Puffed Sleeve Wool Bodice with Cross Stitch Trim
A 1900's antique pinstripe wool bodice, with extra long puffed sleeves, and cross stitch embroidered trim. The condition is very good, there is some wear to the beige cotton lining.
The bodice closes up the front with metal hooks and eyes. It was likely worn with a matching skirt originally, which has not survived.
There are decorative buttons along the front, as well as hanging tabs to emphasize the pigeon front silhouette.
