1960’s Algo-Ettes Ombre Chiffon Ruffled Evening Gown
A late 1960’s Algo-Ettes evening gown, fully lined, with a boned bodice and ruffled neckline. The waistband is fitted, with a self fabric sash. Material is nylon, or polyester, feels almost plastic. The skirt is fairly full, but wouldn’t be worn with a crinoline.
The lining of the skirt has some staining from improper storage in non acid free tissue paper, but not visible from the outside.
The boning is likely rigelene plastic, and fairly flexible, with a princess seam bodice.
Measures 32” bust, 25” waist, 35” hips, 48” in length.
