1960's Light Pink Beaded Silk Evening Gown With Elbow Length Sleeves and Low Back
A 1960's evening gown with a hand beaded bodice, made of silk satin, with synthetic pink lining in the bodice, and white cotton lining in the skirt. There are some missing beads throughout as shown.
It is quite low cut in back, with a piped neckline. The waistline is fairly high, a few inches below "empire style", but above the natural waist. The hem is quite wide, the skirt is fully lined.
The dress is shown on a size 6 mannequin, and a little large, measures 38" bust, 24" waist, 35" hips, 14" sleeves down to the elbows. 53" in length.
