1970’s Black Halter Neck Dress with White Stripes
A 1970’s black and white halter neck maxi dress with a handkerchief hem. The condition is very good, there is some wear to the white piping stripes, as shown. The hem of the skirt is ruffled, and longer in the back.
There are no labels inside, the seams are overlocked.
