Custom Bow Backed 1950's Wedding Dress with Built in Petticoat
A 1950's princess line wedding dress. The exterior is ribbed thick silk, the lining is starched linen, and the shaping in the hips is synthetic tulle, quite gathered in the hips for shaping. Ties in the back of the lining for closure.
The dress is is an exaggerated princess line cut, with a back waist seam, the bow has snaps to close over the zipper.
In perfect condition, was worn once and put into storage. Only flaw is a broken eye closure at the top of the zipper. Metal zipper along centre back, snaps in cuff.
The dress is very small, on a size 2-4 mannequin. Measures 32" bust, 27" waist, 40" hips, 56" long, 23" sleeves.
