Late 1940's Ivory Satin and Lace Puff Sleeve Button Back Wedding Dress
A late 1940’s wedding dress in very good condition, with a few stains on the back as shown in photos. It has a tulle and ruffled underskirt for fullness, the skirt is quite gathered into the waistband. Alternating panels of silk satin and lace, the closure is all self covered buttons down the back with self fabric loops.
It was worn to two weddings, doesn't look like it was altered at all. The seams are left raw, so if alterations are needed, could be done so quite easily.
Very small, shown on a size 2 mannequin. Measures 27.5" sleeves, 30" bust, 25" waist, 40" hips, 54" long.
