1950's Red Lace Halter Neck Party Dress
A 1950’s likely custom made red lace and chiffon party dress, halter style in excellent condition. A few sections have been mended, particularly on the flounce around the hem, and reattaching the pleated neckline.
The material is synthetic, the ruffles and flounce at the hem are synthetic netting. The dress closes up the back with its original metal zipper.
The skirt is lined with cheesecloth for structure, the crinoline shown is not included.
It is quite small, and fits on a size 0 mannequin, measuring 31” bust, 24” waist, 34” hips. It is tea length, hitting mid calf for most wearers.
The crinoline is not included.
