1890's Machine Embroidered White Work Lace Blouse Dress Collar
An 1890s embroidered whitework lace collar, in excellent condition. There are a couple of small frayed and discoloured spots, but the piece is still quite usable.
It measures 3.5-4.5" wide with the scalloped edging, and fits a 16.5" neckline.
