1900's Antique Ruffled White Cotton and Lace Blouse Dress Collar
An 1890s embroidered bobbinette and lace collar, in very good condition. It has a few stains/brown spots, as shown. The body of the collar is starched white cotton the lace trim is machine embroidered. The neckline side is bias bound, for applying to other garments.
The collar has a 15" neckline measurement, and is 4" wide.
