Vintage 1950's Henry Pollak Black Felt Platter Hat with Satin Ribbon
A lovely 1950's platter or dish hat, in perfect shape, made of wool felt and decorated with matching black satin ribbon as a band and bow in the front of the hat.
Shown fitting on a size 7 hat form. In perfect condition, no moth holes or mildew, was stored properly, and flat with cedar. Doesn’t fit onto the head so much as perching on top of the hairdo.
Very popular at the time as part of the New Look aesthetic.
