1930’s Black Felt Tilt Topper Hat with Feathers
A 1930’s black felt tilt topper style hat, in very good condition. The elastic strap has been replaced, with a comparable vintage one, and there are a few spots on the hat that have been mended, including the ribbon and detaching stitching on the crown.
There are a couple of weak or worn spots on the felt, both on the crown and cut felt brim, likely just from use. There is no sign of moth damage on the hat, but there is makeup staining on the inside as shown.
It fits a size 7-7.5, as the style perches, with the elastic to hold it in place at the back of the head.
